Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClariSpec ("the Service"), operated by Analify ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ClariSpec is an AI-powered business analysis platform that provides 35 specialized modules for generating professional BA/SA artifacts, including but not limited to: requirements analysis, documentation generation, diagram creation, stakeholder mapping, and architecture design.
3. Account Access
Access to the Service requires authentication credentials. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion if we suspect misuse or violation of these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Submit content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
- Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure (e.g., automated scraping, denial-of-service attacks)
- Share your access credentials with unauthorized third parties
- Upload malicious files or content designed to compromise the system
5. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain all rights to the input data you submit (transcripts, descriptions, specifications). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Generated output: AI-generated artifacts (documents, diagrams, analyses) are provided for your use. You may use, modify, and distribute the generated output for your business purposes. We do not claim ownership of the generated content.
Our platform: The Service, including its design, code, prompts, and branding, is the intellectual property of Analify and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate business analysis artifacts. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or inconsistencies
- Generated output should be reviewed, validated, and adapted by qualified professionals before use in production environments
- We do not guarantee compliance with any specific standard (BABOK, IEEE 830, BPMN 2.0) — standards alignment is provided as guidance, not certification
- You are solely responsible for verifying the correctness and suitability of any generated content before relying on it
7. Data Processing
Your input data is processed by third-party AI providers (OpenRouter/DeepSeek) to generate results. By using the Service, you consent to this processing. For details on how we handle your data, refer to our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit data classified as confidential, secret, or subject to regulatory restrictions (e.g., classified government documents, protected health information) unless you have verified that such processing complies with your organization's data handling policies.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
- Third-party service outages (AI providers, hosting infrastructure)
- Force majeure events
We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service interface. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland.
